Pacific Aerosol specialises in the manufacture of aerosol and non-aerosol packaged products. We supply to a wide range of market sectors including personal care, sanitisers, paint, formulation, agricultural, food production, household, automotive and industrial.
We offer a one-stop-solution to help our customers bring their products to market as quickly and efficiently as possible. We are a 100% contract supplier and do not have our own brand of products. Class 3 aerosols are the cornerstone of our business. In addition to aerosol filling we also offer filling into a wide range of other containers including bulk and pump sprays.

About us
Pacific Aerosol is a NZ owned, limited liability company that was established in 2008. We are based in a purpose built facility in Hastings, on the east coast of New Zealand and just minutes from the Port of Napier.
We saw a gap in the market for an agile manufacturer who was able to meet the needs of clients requiring quality, niche aerosol products with faster turnaround times and lower minimum order quantities equally as well as those customers who require large scale production runs.
We think we’ve filled that gap really well. We like to build long-term partnerships with our clients that are based on our flexibility, responsiveness and consistent delivery of quality products on time and within specification.

More than aerosol filling
We can provide so much more than just filling aerosols and other containers. We’ll take the time to get to know you and your business and its individual requirements and, in addition to the manufacturing, we can assist you with product formulation and development, label design, packaging options, storage and delivery.
We can work with you through the entire process, offering advice based on our significant experience and being proactive to ensure that you receive the products that you and your clients desire. If you already have a fully developed product that you just need filled, we can do that too with shorter lead times and less fuss than you may have experienced elsewhere. Aerosol Filling
Our industry-leading, automated KP Aerofill production line is capable of running a variety of propellants.
We have the capability and capacity to deliver to a wide range of product categories including industrial, household and personal care products from spray paint and coatings to personal insect repellents, lubricants and brake cleaners to air freshener.
Non-Aerosol Filling
Pacific Aerosol can also pack a wide range of non-aerosol products into bulk containers, pump bottles, pump sprays. Just get in touch to talk to us about your needs.

In 2008, I established Pacific Aerosol to introduce new levels of responsiveness and collaboration into the contract aerosol filling industry in New Zealand. Since then, we have steadily grown a loyal customer base by consistently providing high quality products, listening to clients and meeting their needs month after month and year after year.
